There was always something of a double entendre in that statement.
I pursed my lips and lowered my head to eat my breakfast.
Fu Shen Yan, always elegant, took a piece of bacon into his mouth and slowly chewed and swallowed it, “What are your plans for today?”
I answered smoothly, “Work ah ……”
As an afterthought, I realized that today was Saturday and I didn’t have to go to the office.
I froze and said, “Sleep at home!”
He smiled, “Well, that’s good, the weather isn’t very nice for sleeping after all.”
I couldn’t help but look at him and think that there was something more to that statement.
