It was morning in M. The black commercial vehicle was weaving and changing lanes through the busy and chaotic streets.

Once they were gone, we were the only two left in the hall, the door behind us was closed by the maid and it was much quieter without the north wind howling.
“Come with me.” Gu Han said, and then walked up the other side of the stairs opposite the bodyguards and theirs.
I was curious but followed obediently.
There were many rooms on the first floor, and Gu Han led me down the corridor to the end before finally stopping and opening the room on the right, standing sideways, “This is your room, get some rest tonight.”
The room was large, with candles on the walls and a large European-style bed directly opposite, with a laptop next to it, which seemed out of place in the whole castle.
