He stopped and looked back at me, his cool face a few shades of white, “Anything else?”
“Did you call a doctor?” He hadn’t seemed to show his injury at all since he had returned.
Hearing my words, he faintly flinched, “A small injury, it’s not a problem!”
Then with a placating smile, he continued upstairs to his bedroom.
After standing in the living room in silence for a moment, I went upstairs. Walking up to the door of his room.
I raised my hand and knocked on the door.
